It doesn’t even have to be super expensive – milk chocolate is satisfying whether it’s made by Dove or Valrhona.

An article in the New York Times today sheds some light on the growing good sentiments towards milk as a gourmet younger brother to dark. And, though The Biscuit has yet to try any of these super fancy bars, it has had some upper tier milk chocolate from the British company Montezuma. Wonderful.
